Face to Face Service
A 50 minute in person service for the workplace and community. A counselling provision, offering 1:1 support through the use of a suitable and available space.

Online & Telephone Service
As a response to social distancing and the lockdown measures put in place by government due to Covid 19, YST has set up an online and telephone service so customers can continue to access the service.
MS50
Mobile Service - Our beacon
Taking the service to the people and into the community. A 50 minute, flexible face to face counselling provision, offering 1:1 support through the use of our mobile space, which can be parked wherever and whenever it is needed and without interruption.
GS50
Group Space - Togetherness
Each department in your organisation can experience group facilitation to explore their dynamics. This can promote cohesion within the team and help sustain community culture. This can take place in person or remotely via video call.
